HERE’S THE ANTICIPATED FLOW
DAY OF ARRIVAL
CHECK IN at 4:00pm local time
Arrive and get checked into your suite and get all settled. Take some time to just BE and we will meet at 5:00pm on site at the resort.
We will connect, catch up, and at 6:00pm go to dinner on site at the Canyon Breeze Restaurant. After dinner will be your first Spa Treatment
DAY TWO
THIS IS WHERE WE GET INTO IT
Wake up slow or get up and out with the group hike in glorious Snow Canyon State Park. Enjoy breakfast at the Canyon Breeze Restaurant and we will start at 10am with our day.
This is where we get to make everything out. We’ll take a high-level look at your life, in all the major areas and do a fresh overview of it all with the intention of creating lasting change and impact in your life so you return TRANSFORMED.
We’ll cover two major areas of your life until lunch and then take a break to eat and integrate. Your second Spa treatment will be this afternoon, followed by or after some time poolside.
We’ll begin again around 4:00pm, allowing for flexibility with desired flow and integration. We’ll cover two more areas of your life and enjoy dinner at 6:00pm.
After dinner feel free to enjoy the grounds, integrate, hike Snow Canyon, book another Spa treatment, read a book — whatever your heart desires.
FINAL DAY
HERE’S WHERE YOU LEAVE CHANGED
As with Day 2, wake up slow or get up and out with the guided hike with Red Mountain Resort. Elise and Naomi will join you for breakfast about 9:00am and will continue the integration and questions and support until checkout at 11:00am.
After checkout, of course we will go up to the Desert Rose Labyrinth in Kayenta for our closing ceremony. If you’ve ever done it before you know how powerful this is to truly absorb all that has taken place.
