Trademark Use Guide

This Guide explains how Light-Filled certified practitioners may use the Light-Filled marks. It is part of the Light-Filled Astrology™ Certification Agreement and the Light-Filled Human Design™ Certification Agreement, and following it is a condition of holding your credential.

The short version: your credential says where you trained. It does not say you speak for Light-Filled. Everything below follows from that.

Who this applies to

Anyone who has been awarded and currently holds a Light-Filled Astrologer™ (LFA) or Light-Filled Human Design™ Practitioner (LFHD) credential in good standing.

If you are still enrolled and have not yet been awarded certification, none of these marks are available to you yet.

All of these are owned by Fox Ventures Collective LLC d.b.a. Light-Filled. Your license to use them is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable.

How to use your credential

Use one of these exact forms. Do not modify them.

Astrology graduates

  • Jane Doe, LFA

  • Jane Doe, Light-Filled Astrologer™

  • Jane Doe, Certified Light-Filled Astrologer™

Human Design graduates

  • Jane Doe, LFHD

  • Jane Doe, Light-Filled Human Design™ Practitioner

  • Jane Doe, Certified Light-Filled Human Design™ Practitioner

Include the ™ symbol on first use in any piece of writing. After that, you can drop it within the same piece.

Where you can use it

  • After your name on your website, social media profiles, email signature, and business cards

  • In your bio, describing where you trained

  • On a service page, describing the method you were trained in

  • In a speaking introduction or podcast bio

Bio language you can copy

Jane Doe is a Light-Filled Astrologer™ (LFA), certified through the Light-Filled Astrology™ Certification Program. She works with clients on [what you do].

Jane Doe, LFHD, completed the Light-Filled Human Design™ Certification Program. [Business name] is her independent practice.

What is not allowed

Do not use the marks in a name. Not in a business name, entity name, domain name, subdomain, social media handle, podcast name, course name, or app name. "LightFilledJane," "lightfilledastrology.com," and "@lightfilledhd" are all off limits.

Do not use the marks in your logo or lock them up with your own brand assets so they read as one mark.

Do not modify the marks. No abbreviations we did not authorize, no plurals, no possessives, no changed spelling, no added words. "Light Filled" without the hyphen is not the mark. "LF Astrologer" is not the mark.

Do not imply endorsement, employment, or supervision. You are not an employee, agent, representative, partner, or franchisee of Light-Filled. Do not write "on behalf of Light-Filled," "a Light-Filled company," "in partnership with Light-Filled," or "supervised by Light-Filled."

Do not present yourself as a Teacher of the method. Your certification lets you practice. It does not let you train, certify, credential, or teach others in Light-Filled Astrology™ or Light-Filled Human Design™, and it does not let you create a course or program based on the Light-Filled curriculum.

Do not share, resell, repost, or repackage course materials. Modules, workbooks, worksheets, slides, and session recordings stay with you. That includes uploading them into any AI tool.

Do not use the marks alongside claims we do not make. No guaranteed outcomes, no predictions, no promises about health, money, relationships, or the future.

Do not register anything similar. No trademark applications, no domain registrations, no business registrations using the marks or anything confusingly close to them.

The disclaimer your practice needs

Your practice is your own. Put language like this on your site where you mention your credential:

[Business name] is an independent practice. Light-Filled Astrologer™ and LFA are trademarks of Fox Ventures Collective LLC d.b.a. Light-Filled, used under license. [Business name] is not owned, operated, endorsed, or supervised by Light-Filled.

Swap in the Human Design marks if that is your credential. If you hold both, list both.

The Diamond Seed logo

The Light-Filled logo is not licensed to practitioners by default. If you want to use a Light-Filled certification badge on your site, email [email protected] and we will send you the approved badge file and the rules for using it. Do not recreate, redraw, or recolor any Light-Filled artwork.

If your credential ends

If your certification is suspended, revoked, or surrendered, your license to use the marks ends immediately. You have thirty days to remove every use of them from your website, social profiles, email signature, printed materials, and anywhere else they appear.

If you are not sure whether something is allowed, ask before you publish. Email [email protected].

We may ask you to correct a use that does not follow this Guide. Please make the correction promptly. This is not about control. Consistent use is what keeps the credential meaningful for every practitioner who holds it.

Updates

We may update this Guide as the brand develops. We will give reasonable notice by email when we do. The version posted here is the version in effect.
